is there a way to update certain programs only

I was wondering if there is a way to keep a program from updating or even showing up in the update list? Specifically, I have thunderbird 102 and I don't want to update it to the newer versions. It always shows up in the updater though and I have to uncheck it. Any advise? Thanks

Rename The Directory

You can rename the directory it is in from ThunderbirdPortable to ThunderbirdPortableOld or ThunderbirdPortable102. The updater will then skip it.
